This is not a purchase. It is not a long-term commitment. It is not a non-refundable fee. It is not a guarantee of a specific site. It is simply how we allocate access fairly.

What Happens Next

After your deposit is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email. We'll follow up to confirm fit and availability. Approved applicants are invited to select a site. Your deposit is applied to your first month's membership or refunded immediately upon request.

Opening Day — August 1, 2026

Priority access is granted in order of deposit received, application approval, and site availability. Once a property is full, access closes.

Deposit Details

$1,000 — Fully refundable until a specific site is assigned. Applied to your first month if approved. Refunds issued immediately upon request prior to site assignment.
