Private ground that makes public land work
Exclusive-use sites on gated private land, adjacent to state forest and connected trail systems. A permanent basecamp for people who are done competing for access.
Get Priority AccessYou already know what's broken.
Crowded trailheads and full parking lots before sunrise. You drove three hours to compete for a spot.
No place to leave your equipment. Every trip means loading, hauling, unloading, and storing at home.
Public land that's technically open but practically unusable during peak seasons.
Campgrounds with neighbors ten feet away, reservation systems that book out months ahead, and nightly turnover.
Hunting leases that cost a fortune, don't include storage, and can be pulled at any time.
Your basecamp. Your gate. Your ground.
Your site is the starting point. Every Terayn site sits adjacent to thousands of acres of state forest and connects to hundreds of miles of ORV and snowmobile trails. Your 10 acres is your private basecamp — gated, wooded, and yours alone. Everything beyond it is your backyard.
This is not a campground. Not a lease. Not a timeshare. It's private ground with a permanent structure, gated access, and a direct connection to public land. Think of it as a basecamp you don't have to build, buy, or maintain.
Not a campground. Not a lease. Not a timeshare.
Simple by design.
10 acres of private, wooded land behind a locked gate. Yours exclusively. No shared access.
A steel storage container on every site. Leave ATVs, snowmobiles, and equipment locked and waiting.
Step off your site and onto thousands of acres of state forest and hundreds of miles of connected trails.
Year-round access. No reservations. No blackout dates. No seasonal closures. Your schedule, not ours.
Private ground. Open access.
This isn't someone's side project.
Terayn is a land infrastructure company. We own and operate private properties designed for long-term use. Roads are maintained. Sites are managed. Your gear is secured.
I've traveled the United States hunting, snowmobiling, hiking, and offroading. I got tired of driving countless hours to my favorite trailheads only to find a full parking lot and no place to leave my gear. I wanted a place where my equipment was already waiting, my gate was already locked, and the land on the other side was mine to use. That place didn't exist. So I built it.
Limited sites. No expansion.
Access is granted in the order you join. Once sites are assigned, availability closes.
