The Land
Private ground. Open access.
Terayn provides exclusive, gated access to private land for people who want space, privacy, and control — without crowds, reservations, or nightly turnover.
Honest
This is not for everyone.
Terayn is for people who:
Value privacy over amenities
Want permanent access, not weekend reservations
Own equipment and want to leave it somewhere secure
Prefer solitude to shared experiences
Are done competing for public access
If that doesn't resonate, Terayn will not make sense.
What a Site Is
Not camping. Not a lease. Access.
Each Terayn site is a designated area within a larger, privately held property. Sites are exclusive-use, heavily wooded, and designed so no site can be seen from another.
Built as a Basecamp
Leave your gear. Come back anytime.
Every site includes a dedicated storage container. Leave equipment on site, come and go without packing, and use your land when you want — not when it's available.
40-foot high-cube container on every site. Leave ATVs, snowmobiles, and gear secured.
Level, compacted surface for parking, staging, and container placement.
Designated fire area on every site. Follow seasonal burn restrictions.
Vehicle-accessible paths from the gate to your site, maintained year-round.
The Rules
Simple by design.
Exclusive use. No shared access. No walk-through traffic. If someone is on your site, it is because you invited them.
Do not approach other sites. Distance and quiet are intentional.
Short stays, extended stays, weekends, weeks — all fine. Full-time residency is not permitted.
No dumping. No permanent alterations without approval. Use the land. Respect it.
All local, state, and federal regulations apply. Hunting, firearms, ORV use, fire restrictions. Terayn does not replace personal responsibility.
