The Land

Private ground. Open access.

Terayn provides exclusive, gated access to private land for people who want space, privacy, and control — without crowds, reservations, or nightly turnover.

Honest

This is not for everyone.

Terayn is for people who:

Value privacy over amenities

Want permanent access, not weekend reservations

Own equipment and want to leave it somewhere secure

Prefer solitude to shared experiences

Are done competing for public access

If that doesn't resonate, Terayn will not make sense.

What a Site Is

Not camping. Not a lease. Access.

Each Terayn site is a designated area within a larger, privately held property. Sites are exclusive-use, heavily wooded, and designed so no site can be seen from another.

Exclusive-Use
No shared campsites. No public traffic. Your site is yours alone.
Heavily Wooded
Sites are designed so you cannot see another site, even with binoculars.
Gated Access
Steel gate with member-only credentials. No public entry.
Year-Round
All four seasons. No blackout dates. No seasonal closures.
Off-Grid by Design
Container storage, cleared pads, fire rings. Built for self-sufficiency.
Managed Land
Roads, trails, and sites maintained by Terayn operations.

Built as a Basecamp

Leave your gear. Come back anytime.

Every site includes a dedicated storage container. Leave equipment on site, come and go without packing, and use your land when you want — not when it's available.

Storage Container

40-foot high-cube container on every site. Leave ATVs, snowmobiles, and gear secured.

Gravel Pad

Level, compacted surface for parking, staging, and container placement.

Fire Ring

Designated fire area on every site. Follow seasonal burn restrictions.

Cleared Trails

Vehicle-accessible paths from the gate to your site, maintained year-round.

Beyond Your Gate

Your 10 acres is just the start.

Every Terayn site sits adjacent to thousands of acres of state forest and connects to hundreds of miles of ORV and snowmobile trails. Your site is the private starting point. Everything beyond it is your backyard.

Thousands
of acres

Adjacent state forest and public land accessible directly from your site

Hundreds
of miles

Connected ORV and snowmobile trail systems right from your gate

Four
seasons

Year-round access to trail networks for riding, hunting, and exploration

The Rules

Simple by design.

Your Site Is Yours

Exclusive use. No shared access. No walk-through traffic. If someone is on your site, it is because you invited them.

Respect Privacy

Do not approach other sites. Distance and quiet are intentional.

Use It, Don't Live on It

Short stays, extended stays, weekends, weeks — all fine. Full-time residency is not permitted.

Leave It Better

No dumping. No permanent alterations without approval. Use the land. Respect it.

Follow the Law

All local, state, and federal regulations apply. Hunting, firearms, ORV use, fire restrictions. Terayn does not replace personal responsibility.
